well first off gears will improve your acceleration quite a bit. ive only been in one car with 3.73 gears my friends 2001 gt and it made a world of difference in acceleration i was being pushed back hard into the seat. tlok will evenly send torque to both wheels which will mean no more one wheel burnout which surely will help your launch and traction. as for the 0-60 i have no clue. but your top speed will go down a bit and highway driving wont give as good of gas mileage as your used to since your rpms will be higher than they used to be at the same speed. if you have a standard go with 3.73 but if its auto go 4.10. i believe thats the way most people have it but if you want 4.10's why the hell not?

dont quote me on this but with all of your bolt ons you could more than likely keep up with a gt.
but to get you started heres some things

exhaust
t-lok and gears
underdrive pulleys
SCT Xcal 2 tune

and then you could get this stuff to
distributor
spark plug wires
throttle body
MAF

but just as with any of the other posts if you really want to make your car mean then you'll of couse want to do the aforementioned mods but also the 4.2L stroker kit and possibly a supercharger. but if you go with all that you will want to get the 8.8 rearend off the gt along with the 3.73 gears. so if you plan on extensively modding it then go with the 8.8

gears will be the most noticable difference you do to your car of your bolt ons
full bolt ons with gears and t-lok will keep you up with the GTs maybe beat em depends on how good you drive.
if you include heads as a bolt on then you'll smoke GT's

ive driven a v6 with 4.10s and 3.73....me personally i want 3.90s.4,.10s on a manual IMO first gear is pointless and a PITA to me...but 3.73s are satisfying but i know after a while i'll wana go more...so 3.90s will be fine

idk what your new 0-60 will be but it'll be different, gears have been sed to take off about .5 a second on your 1/4 times

gears alone will not be enough to beat new edge GT mustangs, but you will be substantially quicker throughout the powerband with a steeper gear such as a 4.10:1 ratio. i have 4.10s and love them, but i do not even know my 0-60. i never ran a 0-60, just a 1/4 mile drag...
