finished porting and polishing the heads last night
i re-did the exhaust side and got a mirror polish on her
the heads are getting re-surfaced today

camshaft, push rods, shims and valve springs came in

no, no nitrous
i just got a boost controller ordered
dyno day is pushed back exactly a week
i was planning on getting $500 but we had some misunderstanding

so i have to wait til my paycheck
i'll be riding un-tuned for a little
depending where im at with 8-9psi i may attempt 400rwhp just to have the number under my belt. I dont want to go over 10psi to make it though

my dyno day got pushed back, lol and the machine shop never called me on saturday to pick them up..
and i have to wait til my next paycheck to go get tuned.


thats basically it. im working on the lower intake which is a pain in the ass. the 99-00 with out the IMRC's the circular runners are much smaller then with imrc's mainly because the butterflies need more room and the runners are open more. the 99-00 require a shit load of porting on those runners

just got my heads back from the machine shop

they look AWSOME
im gonna go ahead and do this with all my future heads that i'll be selling ( CRT RACING PERFORMANCE | ) i'll be opening back up next week
I will take pictures later once they're cleaned and painted

camshaft is in and advance 4 degrees
heads are in and torqued
timing cover and other components were painted

did some customizing to the valve cover
probably will start her up on friday

no i'll take pictures tomorrow
i only get about 3-4 hours at a time to work on it
today i took out my driveshaft, tranny, motor, bellhousing clutch and flywheel
sealed and bolted the oil pan to the new motor well semi new
and i think thats pretty much it. had a lot of frustration with the motor. idk why
