i finished polishing my lower intake finally tonight

painted my power sterring and a/c brackets
got a new idler pulley
hooked it up to the motor power sterring is on,alternator on
old motor out
rocker arms all on and adjusted properly this of course means the lifters and push rods are in
tomorrow i just gotta paint the lower intake
bolt it on
take the motor off the stand and then put the flywheel, and clutch assembly on then bellhousing. im debating if i want to throw the cross over pipe for the turbo on....i dont think it'll drop in to nice but it will say plenty time. the turbo headers are already on the motor. thats about 1-2hours saved
drop in the motor. put in the tranny and shifter
tighten motor bolts
hook up the starter, grounds
connect all the sensors fuel line then drive shaft and she startS!

my rear end is leaking though so i gotta take the axle out completely to avoid losing all the fluid, re-do the RTV sealant and then put it back in. but thats a lot of work so i think i might just find another way of doing it.

I don't think he likes electronic ones.
He is going with an manual controller.

lol i never liked either
i prefer electronic over manual but when you get a deal you get a deal. plus 400rwhp sound nice

got a lot done today painted the lower, installed the lower finished putting the motor mounts on the new motor
flywheel and pressure plate on
which had to later come off becausei forgot the little metal shield that goes behind the bell housing....what a bitch
DROPPED IN THE MOTOR!!!!
connected all my sensors
wrapped the crossover pipe
installed the return hose before putting it
then got the heavy ass crossover with the turbo in the car mounted to the headers
bolted those bad boys in
put the exhaust dump piece 1 and 2 in.
then i stopped cause it was 1030 at night and the bugs were killing me

i also forgot to mention how much i hated installing the turbo
try holding the crossover pipe, compressor, turbine and waste gate all connected together in one hand IN correct place with the headers using the other hand to hold a gasket and put a bolt and nut on....

lol, darn. don't think of it as paying for help, think of it as helping me get down there to help you for free, lol.
there's really nobody that I know of thats close by that I can watch or help and learn from. There's not a big modding scene around here

Looking forward to the pics
