transgo vs b&m


ive been all been all over this freakin website but i cant find an answer for this everyone is so divided on this subject. im getting a shift kit, but i dont know which to go with and the only site ive even found that you can order them off of is summit racing. which one do you guys think is the best and where the hell can i get it?

dont know if i can help that much, but i do know that most people go with b&m. and i know one of my friends is getting a transgo shift kit from his mustang shop. I wouldnt know where else to look. Im sure more people will chime in

VAP's been outta stock for a while and i dont hav time to send them my plate so a jmod is out of the question ide really rather just get the kit

i also thought that console hammer that lets u manually shift was kinda cool but only if you can set it in drive too every now and then so you dont always hafta mess with it

well i heard you can do it on your own but ive been striking out everywhere tryin to find instructions that were clear cut

+1 go with the j-mod. If you really don't want to wait then I'd go with the B&M. Also, what's wrong with getting them from summit? From all the experience I've had with them, Summit is an Awesome company. They even sent me a free hat and catalog with my last order.

yeah last time i ordered from summit was to get flywheel bolts and they sent me the catalog and a hat!!

B&M over transgo ive never seen a mustang with a transgo system not have problems

i ordered my b & m shift kit from summit, it was here 2 days. My car chirps into 2nd, AND into 3rd. It shifts very hard, and i love it.
