v6 nitrous kit

My buddy wants an easy starter kit for his v6 mustang that he wont have to change fuel system at all or computer, he only wants a 50-75 shot. Does anyone have something for him? like major companys i mean he doesn't want used. He has a 2004 mustang with bolt ons and gears, and does not want to loose to stock normal-quick cars. He is only looking for another 50-75

with no computer upgrades a 50 shot is the most he should go if he likes havin a running engine

theres so many diffferent brands you can choose from, theres zex, nx, nos, dynotune, etc. personally id go wit dynotune cuz its the cheapest but still gets the job done

50 shot is weak....it can handle 75 shot with no tune. 100 shot a tune is highly recommended.

I am running a 100 shot ZEX but i started out with a 75 with no tune and it worked great, and it uses the TPS so you dont have to use a microswitch.

Ok. Well nice car. How much did the cam run you? How much of a kick is the 75 shot?

The cam was $328, but a 75 has a pretty good kick, it helps in 2,3,4 gear. You know when it feels like it takes forever to accelerate, it fixes thats. And with a 100, its a BIG diffrence. But the tune is what makes the 100shot nice.

Oh ok. I am putting my Kit in next week. Its a 75 shot. So I was thinking about getting a tune. I may run it a couple times without the tune. But eventually get one. Yea 2,3,4 is definitely slow. Not that bad but still.

dynotune hands down is the company he needs to buy from. Best prices and awesome products and customer service. As a note its addictive I started out with a fat 50 shot and a month latter ripped it out and put in a 100 shot,

it takes about 3 hours to do it right, it uses basic tools. mine was pretty easy. i had a few extra things to install like blowdown tube, twin purge. TPS box. and i hide the wire made sure it looked good. not a bad project.

I was wondering the same thing. Doesnt seem too complicated. I was thinking to do it by myself to save some money. Does anyone know if there is any softwrare that comes with the ZEX kits. It comes with a unit to monitor fuel and so on. But I have a dry kit, so is it already set up or what?

My zex kit didnt come with any software, but i have a wet kit. Hmmm a dry kit, you will have to add fuel so the NOS will work right. but if you vae the dry kit it doesnt come with the fuel monitor. all that does though if your pressure is droping it adjust to make a perfect blend. but the computer is set up. plug and play al you have to do is set the TPS on it. it tells you how to do everything
