Pros and cons:

Joe
--------
Pros:
  • Responds to emails in hours
  • If he doesn't he gives you a great reason for why it took him 16hours instead of his normal 5.
  • Got my A/F perfect with the vortech
  • I got better response from his tune than my dyno tune
Cons:
  • Still working on this

Justin
----------
Pros:
  • supposed to be the best v6 tuner out
Cons:
  • takes a forever to respond to emails
  • responds with one word answers
  • responses sound like they are automated rather than talking to a human

I would go with Joe , only way I would use justin for anything is in person at the dyno.

Everything Rich has done for me at Radmustangs.com has been great. Fast responses, honest answers. I took that xcal3 from him and its been like night and day. I just started screwing with perameters today and programmed if for 93. He always responds to emails and phone calls and has an excellent reputation here. I just set mine this morning for lo fan and high fan temps. Its great to have that baby turn on sooner down here in this humidity.
