...... So two things I figured out, 3.8L is not enough and I need more cam for my taste (sound wise also) With that said the supercoupe block is coming out.






No bent pushrods here


No lower intake

Well I did figure out what was wrong with the super coupe motor....

Nope it wasn't the pistons or rods:

mexican heads


> got the heads cleaned, milled .030, and 3angle valve job while they were in the machine shop.

which ones, the 26915's or the 26918's

oh and what bearing was it that went bad, rod or main / location?

according to Tom 918, it was the rod bearing, farthest one from the oil pump
