chips and programmers?

ive been searching around for programmers mostly and chips to tune up my 05 mustang. i thought the best place to ask would be on the forum. so im asking if it would make a difference if i added a programmer to increase hp and trqe. i would like to know if its worth getting one and if so what kind would be the best also the price. thanks

SCT tuners are highly praised and recomended around here.
It depends on what your have done to your car and what you plan on doing to it if you should get one.
Give us a list and we can let you know.

SCT Xcal 3 would be the most common and good choice for ya . you can always go livewire but if you dont care about all the little extra features then no problem

so far ive dont a dual exhaust kit with flow master super 40s s&b air intake so far thats all ive done i just need to gather up money to get the rest. im planning to get a better air intake headers high flow cats and later on in the future a super charger but that wont be a while i think after the headers high flow cats and couple of other things it will be good, i gotta look around for some sport tuned suspension and some 18'' wheels.
