I would either buy a GT bumper or go with the underneath look. Cutting the bumper just doesn't look good IMO. It is safe however, if that is the only thing that you're worried about.

i think the underneath look is sexy on our cars...why try to be a GT when it is a V6, be proud of what u have and dont be a poser

I've never been a big fan of cutting the holes... looks too cheap and unprofessional...

if you don't have the money for a GT bumper, just hang it under the bumper for now, and later on get a GT bumper and adjust the exhaust (if that's possible)

either get 3 inch slant cut tips coming out the back, or dump it, dont cut your bumper like a tool.

FYI, if you dont cut, you can always sell the bumper if you end up getting a kit, GT owners actually prefer out bumper most of the time.

and... if it stays as stock looking as possible your car doesnt depreciate as fast...

does anyone know the dimensions on a GT for the TIPS?

im guessing, 3inch diameter, 18inch length, stainless steel, 15 degree Slant, Slash Cut
--is what i might be getting tomorrow...or would 45degrees be way too much?
