Here are some pictures to give you a general idea of what you want. Note these are from the heads of a split port so its going to be diffferent but the concept is the same

http://www.putfile.com/pic/8442937
In this picture notice the smooth natural curves of the port and the smooth yet not too smooth surface of the port. (obviously these werent finished at the time of the photo as you can see where i didnt finish in the back through the bowl)

http://www.putfile.com/pic/8442938
In this photo the shadow is very decieving given the angle along the bottom and the left so take a look at how the right side is a smooth continous curve, and note how this picture does not do a very good job of showing it, but along the top you can sort of see where the port curves slightly downward tapering in slightly to both promote the airflow to flow with the design or the port, and to avoid getting to thin and breaking through along the port wall

http://www.putfile.com/pic/8046669
This picture is just a good overall view of a nearly finished split port upper. Notice at the bottom of the short runners there is a sort of steep ridge leading into the runner that can be smoothed out into a more gradual and and curved pattern( This was not done at the time of the photo)

If it wasn't for all you damn do it yourselfers i could maybe stay busy and have some single ports pics as well, but no big deal, i dont make hardly anything off it so i have no problem helping you out. If you sent or post some pictures as you are going i can maybe help steer you in the right direction. And im assuming your die grinder is adjustable as far as speed becuase pretty much all of them, even the cheap ones are. You will want to play around with it till you feel comfortable with a certain speed, i would reccomend starting out slower, not 25,000 rpms like you said its rated at.

yea im def gonna post pics as we go along. and i will def post them. yes it is adjustable and i really prefer the speed at about 1/4 or maybe 1/3 of the way up. not to fast. im gonna go take some pics now of it and of the bits i got.

Guess they couldn't convince you to make a smarter decision and go with the split port swap.

heres the pics of the dremmel tool i got and the bits. i like the bits circled in red the best for removing alot of the surface and then the sand paper rolls for the smoothing.

Hmm, 20rwhp i think not.
You might PEAK 20rwhp at like redline but power under the curve > peak = sps > psp

thats an estimation and to tell the truth im not sure if it is wheel power or crank? but still for my application and what i am using it for single port that is ported and polished is fine for me. now if i were building a beast for drag racing like you and chris i would go sps. but i just want a nasty street car that is mainly used as a dd.
