Is it Bedforgpubliclibrary.org? If so, where do I go within the site to look it up? I'm having a hard time finding the manual for my 2000 stang.

ebay. I searched for 2000 mustang power mirrors. they were about 36.98 shipped.

yep. white and blue LED, left and right power mirror with mounting brackets and hardware, screws, cords, etc. The only thing that sucks is if you're going from no LED to these. I'm going to have to splice into the driver/passenger turn signal wire. i'm kind of nervous because I don't want to screw anything up.
