Whats The Difference

ok i am going to do a custon intake for my new motor when i build it to put a roots sc on top of split port heads and i was woundering what the difference between the eaton m 90 and the eaton m 112 is

m 112 is newer and better lol... the m90 came off of the early 90's supercoupes and the m112 came off of the 03-04 cobras... the m112 is a stronger and larger supercharger and you will see more gains with it.. you may haveta modify your hood a bit more with the m112 as well... there is another person on here with an m112 and its right on his hood scoop...

ok for the next question now i know its off of a cobra and when i do m y motor build i was also plannin on getting a cobra r hood looks like the stock hood with the exepthion of the scoop and raises up another 2 inches so the question is if i cut and weld my lower intake manifold can i put the m112 on top of my motor

lol theres really no other place to put it....
but there used to be a guy with a cobra s/c, you could see the s/c from the hood scoop...but i think the cobra R hood or a cowl hood would look cooler

a cowl would definitely work.. depending on how large the cowl is.. and the cobra r should work as well because it is a type of cowl itself... just designed a lil different

yea the cobra r is a cowl hood with heat extraction scoops. Should be big enough. I think it is, it just has to be taller than the top of the gt scoop for enough clearance

just the cowl...I think they make a 95 cobra r style hood for the new edge mustangs. It's a cowl with no heat extractors.
