i dont know of any official "kit" that is made...
I'm sure u could have a custom one fabbed.

You can turbo a lawnmower. If it has cylinder's, it can be turboed.
Is it smart, that depends on how strong the block and everything is. I'm gonna say p&p upper and lower and heads wouldn't hurt though. I don't know to much about those engines though.
