“Eaton M-90 Supercharger”

In about a week or so my 1996 3.8L will be in the shop, im installing an “Eaton M-90 Supercharger”(parts from a 90-91 T-bird)
What Ľ mile & 0-60 times should I be expecting after its been installed?
(my car already has Magnaflow duel exhaust & k&n air filter)

200hp just from a s/c stock on a v6...i doubt it from those roots unless your getting alot of psi

a procharger at 11 psi wont give you 200hp. it'll be close

but the roots that you guys want generally give out less then the procharger...but its cheaper,
you get what you pay for, its a good buy but you wont see 200hp added on that m-90 at 6psi which is my GUESS on how much you'll have after installing

plz dont think im tryin to be an ass

th stock t-bird puts out around 200hp and 300tq soo im guessing just adding the m-90 and intercooler would match that.
deff not an extra 200hp and w/e... that would be crazy
i think the m-90 puts out around 10psi.

do i need new injectors with the charger?? does anyone know how much the intercooler really adds? if its not significant then the plumbing would me so much easier without it.

my car right now is under 140hp, so i think 200hp is about right and it has around 200tq right now as well so i believe that 300 is close as well.
remember these are the single port, crappy 6's. especially my 94

m-90 adds at the most 40hp if done correctly and you have almost new everything.

When I put a M90 on my 95 stang it was dyno tuned and made 221rwhp and 326rwtq. I also installed a Lmaf, 42lb injectors, 255lph fuel pump, along with an Xcal2. Other than that most everthing else was stock Tbird parts. I would recommend some ARP heads studs to help prevent head gasket failure. As for the 1/4 mile I ran 13.9 @ 102.9 on street tires, if I had some slicks I could of be in the low to mid 13s.

An ATI Procharger on a 96 at 11psi will definitly put it above and beyond the 200hp mark. It will also outdo the Eaton as far as ease of install, and power output.

similar car, but my 98 gtp grand prix, intake exhaust and 11lbs of boost put down 231hp and 307 ft lbs,

I later added a cam, heads, stall, pcm ported intake mani and s/c and it put down 342hp and 421ft lbs.

It can be done, just gotta go about it in the right way

all of this on a non intercooled m90

Very true. It just depends on what you are looking for, and how you want to go about getting it
