how much power would a port and polish job make on a 94 mustang lower and upper and heads

You would be better off going split port, then p&p.

we ported the intake it is a boss 351 intake we used a mac die grinder with those oval metal bits my father went over it with the sand paper ones after

he says it runs 13.1 theres dozens of 12 second and even 11 second hondas in my area
