In lowering springs. I was reading something in the FS section and someone asked if they were specific rate or progressive rate. Just curious.

i believe that on the specific rate the springs coils are all the same distance apart so taht the coil compresses at the same rate

the progressive rate ones have larger spaces in the coil followed by shorted spaces, so that when ur driving ur spring compresses at different rates, giving u better handling in more situations

yah no prob here is a website that explains it better then me, page one has the linear spring, which would be the specific rate, and page two has the progressive rate
