Exhaust & Intake done...whats next for a DD?

I've recently purchased dual Flowmaster 40's, and I have a demolet CAI ordered. I NEVER imagined I would get those mods done...so I am kind of lost to what the next mod should be.

I've got a 2002, 3.8L oxford white. Automatic. Stock visually. Flowmaster 40's, & CAI for the Performance, and aftermarket subs & amp in the audio deparment.

The car is a daily driver. Most of the driving is highway. I don't race my car, I don't really ever plan on racing the car. I would definitely like to improve the performance, durability, and looks of it while I own it(I don't ever plan on getting rid of it). Although it is automatic, I would like to make the car a bit more enjoyable to drive(WHEN I want...). Shift kit comes to mind first, and then i'm sure a tuner...but this is where I open it up to you guys. Where do ya'll think I should go with the car next? Here are just a few ideas...but feel free to give me some other options, and maybe why it'd be a good idea.

Some ideas:
Performance:
Shift Kit
UDP's
Tuner
Gears
...I'm sure there are TONS of ideas out there

Ven Diagram(Visual/Performance)
Lowered suspension

Visual:
Shaved Cobra Rear, 01 Cobra front(Maaaaybe 03 instead)
Smoked Headlights
Wheels/Tires

Audio: (I already have an amp & dual 12" subs)
Head Unit Swap
Aftermarket speakers

I would suggest gears. With you driving on the highway, might I suggest 3.73s and a T-lok as the 4.10s will reduce your milage. I really noticed a difference with my gears (auto w/3.73s). It also depends on money and what you want to do with it. If you plan on modding the hell out of it then get a tuner first so you can adjust your computer for all of your mods. I got the Sniper, but have not had much luck with support from them or others, although JugaloX has helped me out quite a bit in the past.
1. Tuner
2. Gears and T-lok
3. What ever.... depends on where you go with it.

Sorry Woody....Oh yeah, use the search function on here as it will help you out quite a bit.

sometimes we all need a little reminder.

and to the OP, i say do up some wheels, or a grill delete and some smoked headlights. nothing beats some apperance mods.

Thanks for the link Johnson. I was kind of curious in which direction I should go next. Meaning not only performance wise. I'm also thinking of going visual for the next mod(cobra bumpers, smoked/clear headlights, either mach 1 delete or billet grille, and then doing gears/tlock/shiftkit? around the same time.
Question; For a DD, is t-lock really worth it for another $120+install? Also, wouldn't a tuner be meant for after I have a few mods? I didn't think exhaust/intake would constitute as those few mods. I could also go in that direction instead of gears, etc...

The tuner will set you up for success later on when you start all of your modding. My gears were my first purchase, then came the Sniper and CAI.
