how to check the manual transmission oil
how to check the manual transmission oil and how to change it? step by step if possible and where is the plug to drain and pour in.

you have to get under the car on the passenger side i believe...theres a fill and drain
the drain of course being on the bottom. simply drain it then you'll need to syphon the fluid back in. only way to check it is by taking off the fill plug and seeing with your finger if its level with the hole plug it should be level and the car should be leveled to not on an incline

How often is it recommended to change that?

Ford says 60K, I think, but it never hurts to change ANY gear oils...
