no support....

I have had my Sniper tuner for over a year now and have yet to gain any support for it from anyone, except Jugalo. Needless to say, I am pretty pissed off for no dealer help either! In order for me to sell this, do I need to put my original tune back into the vehicle? and how can I unlock the tuner so both positions are open for the buyer?

As far as my next tuner, SCT maybe.... but doesn't someone on here have a four position chip with different tunes loaded on it? Model and tuner please if you have this info.

So by going back to the original tune, it will automatically open that position up on the tuner?

Not even really sure if I'll get another one. To me, you need the wideband and some minor tuning knowledge to get anything out of them. Maybe I'm jaded because of the Sniper. This is why I wanted to know about a four position chip also.

Not sure on opening the second position, but your best bet is to sell it and get an sct an take it to someone who tunes with them

I looked at your previous post and this was your first post after you installed it and you were happy with it ? What happened afterwards because I dont see a single post here about any problems you have had ? And I guess you have a different name on Snipertuningforums.com because I dont see any post by you over there

PMd 2002BLGT. If this offended anyone I appologize. It was not meant to in any way. My original post to this thread stems from something a while back while trying to contact Sniper. I also have not found anyone in the Dallas area who supports this programming sofware, so it's been difficult trying to learn how to use its outstanding capability. Admittedly, I have not recently tried to contact them again and I will resolve this. I am extremely interested in learning to use this or any software to program my vehicle, especially when it comes to timing and A/F ratios.

Again, sorry for the flame.
Respectfully, Jeremy

No they did not pay me to say it. Some of it is my fault on using the programmer and then again their customer service a year ago was a little of off the mark. I was just thinking of going to a better supported device, but now that I have someone offering to help, I'll give it another shot and see what happens.
