Vortech V2 sq

Hey pretty bummed about losing that deal i had on a twin turbo but i have another great deal on a Vortech V2 sq supercharger. Just wondering what you guys/girl think about it. How much hp am i looking at along with positives and negatives. Also is it hard to install and how much would it cost me to get it installed?

same as procharger pretty much
you can see 100hp or 300 or more, not to sure how much it'll give you
but i'd say you can hit 450 with that vortech

No, not that much with the vortech..

94-98 Stock 150hp/215ftlbs -- with Vortech 215hp/259ftlbs
99-03 Stock 193hp/225ftlbs -- with Vortech 278hp/286ftlbs

Those are off the vortech site....

Positives? they are pretty easy to bolt on if you are familier with automechanics, they work, and many people like them.

negatives? Non-Intercooled, they use the engines lubrication system to feed the charger unit, they require discharging the AC to install.

yea but can you deffinitly up the psi on the vortech and push it to have more power...
thats more or less what i mean from what you can get out of it.
i know once you gett it depending on the how much psi you'll see 70-120hp depending on the set up someone has
