I had the same problem on my sixxer. I jb welded it to the piece it goes on and then duct taped it. can't even tell it was ever broken once it's all assembled again.

jb weld is a two part compound that you mix together and creates a very strong, hard, grayish seal. its like 6 bucks, and if it doesnt work, id go with hmusn.

I have the same exact problem. It happens because Ford went cheap with the door. The little clip on the panel loses its rigidness over time especially if youve ever taken the panel off for something.Right now I have it glued but its getting lose again. My next step is to drive a screw through the panel into the the door. If you try this BE smart and be carefull of the window pain behind it./ Dont use a big ass screw. Theres a perfect spot for this. You can actually see it right in your photo.

if you pull that switch assembly up on the short ends, you'll see one philips head screw on each end... pull those 2 screws out and the tan piece will come off... buy the new "door sleve" as it was called earlier and your window switch screws into that with those 2 screws... if you can't handle that, then no offense, but put an add on craigs list for someone to come do it for $20 or something, it's super easy...

wow....my car is 15 years old...i'm going to be gentle with the doors now :-) always better to learn from others mistakes.
My lock button doesn't work though you have to press it down and jiggle it to make it work....quite annoying. Been thinking about replacing that off my next paycheck (who knows when that will be....)
