get the original finewire platinum from motorcraft for plugs and upgrade distributor/coil pack with 9.5mm wires or something equivalent.

they wont really make any difference unless you have a 1 of 2 things. 1 being the current ones on your car are bad. and 2 being a rather extream set up where you need to be able to have more spark so that you can avoid spark blow out. but other then that you don't need them.

then just copper autolite plugs
get part # 764
they're a little cooler then stock. and will run better with 87 octane

I have autozone wires on mine with Autolite plugs. I bought the Autozone brand because they were out of the MSD for my car. Im kind of glad now because I doubt I would have noticed the difference with my set up anyway. It saved me like $40 going the AZ route. If I had a bunch of $$ to blow I'd get MSD though.

I have looked all over for the feedback but could not find it on here or any other forums. The one little tid bit I found was on the AEM forums about them doing a study of aftermarket coils and they said that the MSD and SD failed under high heat due to the solder melting. Don't know if this helps.

i have not had a problem yet with the coil or wires, the wires look mean bc they are so big. and they are dont rub the headers either.
