I still have 4cats as well...I don't think I am illegal if I still have the cats.

Also, ...now im just wondering what my next mod will be. any advice on long tube headers? can i install them myself? i heard that by installing long tube, it will eliminate the catylictic converters. Is this true? I don't want to be running anything illegal, I would like to keep it emmision legal and all that.
**AND I read that you NEED to also have a Mid-Pipe to make it fit. Is this true as well?

if you install longtubes it will get rid of the two front cats, and youll need mil elims or a tuner so you dont get a cel

you dont NEED a mid pipe, you can always weld something together, but it helps to have a midpipe, for simplicity

ok, not that i dont agree with everyone else on here about the throttle body, but i did notice a gain in hp with a bigger throttle body on my 96, def in the higher speed and rpm area, yes it did help me out in low end 2, but yes most of the time its a worthless mod unless intake is matched, but i do have more then just a lot of air going in.
