best engine for the money


whats is the best engine and least amount of after work example more parts and boltons and things like that to put in a 96 v6 stick stang?

a built long block stroker engine
or a crate engine...but im pretty sure a crate engine u have to build yourself...

a crate engine is already built. You just drop it in, hook up the connections, and go.

hooking up the connections would be rediculas for all the instrumentation and other stuff.

... a turn key crate is like that... most crate engines you need to install the acessories...

... aight ... sorry but im just pissed at my block... and wanna rip it all out and do it again... but i don't wanna cuz the block is to old... sooo... does anyone know of a block i could purchase for a 100-250 dollars... maybe like a slightly newer one...

get a 351w. lots of power stock, then there are a bunch of aftermarket parts for the windsor engines.

+1 im building a 351w for my 69 fastback....its going to cost a lot of money...but the 351w is a very good motor...but i would rather have a 429/460 over a 351 any day
