Headers, H pipe and catback

I already have magna flow cat back system. The shop i went to cut out the y and made it true duals. However now i wanna get headers and H pip now. Does any one know how much headers would be. I can get a H or X pip for 215 insalled.
If i get full exhaust, headers H or X pipe and then the catback how will it sound?

depends what kinda headers you want, shorty, which no one recommends, or long tube, if its legal for you, i say go with mac. and then get a shorty h or x pipe. and if you go catless, it will be louder, and sounds good, altho never heard on a sixxer, but on sure it will still be loud

Ya its legal in florida well not legal just no emissions. I know the X and H pipes are pretty much the same, but ill prob go with a H pipe. Arent the shorty headers pretty much the same as stock ones ones on v6;s? Whats the power difference on short and long tubes? and the price difference?

shorties are not the same as stock manifolds... they will make it louder and give you some HP .. LT's will just make it ridiculously loud

go with long tubes. Much better bang for the buck. And i dont have cats on my sixxer and it is much louder. =) the only thing is that it is also true duals, so there is quite a bit of back pressure. Would reccomend a H-pipe then.

So is it just loud or at high rpms is it raspy. i have magna flow cat back which pretty much gives the dual exhaust = to stock. Which actually might be god when you have the headers and no catted H pipe. So how much would long tubes and H pipe total?

catless still isnt even that loud IMO. i have mac LTs, catless h-pipe and a mac catback and its not that loud unlessi lean into the throttle. maybe i just have a bad comparison of sound but compared to my friends teggy wit a hks exhaust mine sounds fairly quiet

well my gt is loud, thats probobly due to the engine and yours is just a six, we will get different sounds, but theres only so much you can do to a sixxer to make it loud
