Rims

So i was looking for 18inch bullett rims, i found a deal hard to pass up. pretty much brand new 17 inch bulletts with new tires for $400. So how low should i lower my car. I want it to look clean, also i dont want to lower it too much. How much was cobra's lowered? I know roush and saleen's have body kits to make it look lower than it actually is.
Also what are good prices and brands on lowering kits?
Thanks

depends on what kinda drop you want, eibach, frpp, and h and r, those 3 are good. eibach are pricier than the others, well except maybe h and r, but their all good

Is just getting lowering spring okay and will provide a good ride or should i get coil overs?

Also how much should i lower it front and back. guessing leave the back a little higher?

the 05 wheels have different offsets than the 99-04. eibach and maybe some others make wheel spacers that will adapt to the newer wheels...
