could be something with the sway bar. shock and struts. or maybe when you installed them you didn't line up the pig tails right nor put the isolators back in? but thats pretty extreme. i know i had one side of my car drop cause i sheared off the swaybar end support piece. ( connects the sway bar and the A arm)
go to your car. press on the truck and see if it bounces.. does it bottom out? same with the front.. thats a pretty indication if they are hooped sometimes. if it doesn't move or bounce or you hear odd noises from them not being installed properly lol try for a pic to show some of us. |

Um i could be wrong but i didnt think the shocks actually held up the back of the car? Isnt that just the springs job and the shocks are to dampen the bumps?

If the shocks/struts are gas charged then they could affect ride height and if some are damaged and others are not that could be the problem.
Of course first be sure everything is assembled correctly. Putting it on an alignment fixture and measuring suspension angles could also provide some input. |

The following shows the design of the rear suspension.
Late Model Mustang Suspension Basics It says there are gas filled shocks, so if one spring is extended more than the other with both wheels on a level surface (like a concrete garage floor) I would look at the shocks first. The other thing might be something like a bent control arm, worn bushing or the like. |
