hurst vs. MGW the debate

so which should i buy? which is better? there are a lot of mixed reviews out there. i really shouldn't buy one but im going to anyways

The two that most people swear by are the Tri-Ax and the MGW.

The Hurst is not nearly as popular as either, at least from what I've seen over the last ~8 years.

That being said, I've had several Tri-Ax shifters, and wouldn't hesitate to buy/recommend another. On the other hand, I've heard nothing but good about the MGW and heard people who have had both recommend the MGW.

Based on that, I'd say you can't go wrong with either the Tri-Ax or the MGW.

Paul, i dont even have a 5spd. but i have driven an older v6 5spd w/ Mgw shifter and all i can say is
