tranny swap + 8.8 rear + stroking it (better then getting the internals seperatly then boring it) + power pak lol man i hope you have money idk about the tranny sway and how much that'll cost but stroking, power pak and 8.8 rear is $6k im guessin a tranny swap is about $1k...$2k for the 6 speed $8,000 to have 300hp and run high 12s low 13s with that much money i could have a safe low 11 v6 |

The tranny swap was about $3k for the 6-speed.
You can get a 90mm lightning maf on ebay for around $100.

lol k with that being sed $9,000 for a 300hp v6....not including the cost of the car...
if i had $9k i'd have my car like i want it in a month |

I'm not to worried about cost. This car is going to take me awhile to build. I just want to do it right, So it can handle the boost and nos I plan to put on it. If i'mma going to mod this car, I may as well do it big!

Once you modify one thing, the rest of the car isn't engineered to handle the change. A chain of broken parts begin. Then, you get to the point where everything has been replaced and built up. Just make sure you've accounted for every possible problem.

+2 I've seen some people at the track put a new motor in then blow there tranny after a few weeks. At the track a few weeks back a lightning blew its transmission apart. They had to put the oil dry out for the fluid, and pick up a few parts. It took them like 45 mins to get the track ready to race again
