36 lb injectors and 37 lb injectors


Discussing 36 lb injectors and 37 lb injectors in the V6 Mustangs Forum. what color are each... my stepdad is trying to tell me i have 37 lb ...

36 lb injectors and 37 lb injectors

what color are each... my stepdad is trying to tell me i have 37 lb injectors.

36 lb injectors are blue right? an didn't think they made 37 lb injectors

19's - Orange
24's- light blue
30's- Red
36's- Dark blue
38's are Lucas only and are black
42's- Lime Green
42's Lucas are black with a green band

well it light blue but the part number matches this

Delphi / Lucas
37 lb / hr. Disc Injectors
Part Number Delphi D3165BA (Lucas old 5203002, Lucas New 621037)
Static Flow Rate: 37.27 lb/hr @ 43.5PSI (300kPa) or 282gm/min
Dynamic Flow Rate: 8.42 gm/pulse - 2.5ms pulse width and 10ms repetition rate
Coil Resistance: 15.9 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z

and all stock 5.0's are actually 4.9L's

doesn't really matter to be honest.

1 pound isn't much in a lightly blown application.
just make sure the harness will connect to the injector and the injector will seat in the motor and you should be good.
