Anyone performed their own j-mod?
So has anyone ever performed their own j-mod? If so how'd it go? Is there anything that went wrong?
I've read these two article: TCCoA Tech Articles http://www.crownvic.net/tech/4R70Wnotes.pdf From what I am understanding it is fairly simple, as long as you double check everything you do. I've already ordered the upper intake spacer from VAP, but they are out of valve bodies, and separator plates. Also sending mine in being all the way in Canada would be more of a pain/costly plus the car is my dd.

Oh no no I am not worried about the install at all. When I said "performed their own j-mod" i meant as in actually taking off the valve body separator plate and drilling it themselves. I've searched on v6 power, 3.8l, here, allfordmustangs. All I came up with were people who installed it, but never actually j-moding their own valve body.
