??headers??


wheres the cheapest place to get longtube headers??

these guys arnt too bad on price............im lookin for long tubes myself

oh and you are goin to love your gears and t lok......i just got them put in a month ago.....i can pull 2 ta 3 cars on a stock v6 stang now just from the gears oh yea they are amazing

yea i have 3.73s they give you a much better lift off i love em..but you will need a tune right after cuz they throw off your speedometer by 10 mph or so

yea the guys who r guna put it in tune it after they instal them, so i should be good to go

is it a performance shop that is doin the work? and the tune? cuz i had mine done at a transmission shop and they said they couldnt do anything bout it cuz its a computer thing and the performance shops around here cost 600 for a tune.....i said ....suck my balls to that ill pay that when im all done maybe

yea. its a place called gear heads. they do like all mustangs and some vettes. but my friend got his gears put in his gt and he said they do the recalibrating too. itll only cost me 225

jegs has pacesetter lt headers for under $200, but i havent seen any reviews for them.

I looked for some reviews of PS headers (couldn't find any Mustang though) and everyone seems to like them with the exception of the coating. Its a black, low temp. coating that burns off after the first use, but everyone says to either use wrap or 1200 (high temp) paint.

This man has a plasma spray system that is used on rockets, and jet exhaust parts, and it is top shelf.

He can do a 2 layer coat that shields a cat so you can hold your hand on it while the engine is running.

Now he won't boast that claim, but I do!
I have quite a few items that he has done for me.

As for what headers, I would want the ones that make changing sparkplugs a bit easier than the OEMs I have now.

if our vendor crazylegs is still around chad can get a decent deal on them... i scored big time with him... cheaper then any grey market dealer i could find

long tubes will not fit on a 98 without k-member modification

yea. i already have the gears and t-lok. i think its like 400 for the install and gears or something
