Split port swap

So i found a guy that will sell me the engine off a 99 V6 for 300. Which is a good deal. My ? is i will have everything i need for the swap correct?

He Said

Hello, I have a whole 1999 v6 3.8 mustang engine that I need to get rid of. You can drop the whole engine and do the split port swap at the same time and make it 10 easyer on you self. it has every thing you need but the coolent rail. I see you are looking for an 8.8 I have a 7.5 with 20,000 on it with a frpp tlock and 3.73s it help up to my 300 hp v6 auto. I'm looking for 350 for the rear end and 300 for the engine. Let me know if you are intested in either. Thanks Johnathan

Good ideas?

Thanks

Bryan

a 16 minute bump...

wow!!

your fuel system will be all jacked ... you need to get the fuel rail modified... see if CRT or SSMs has one... i don't remember who does any of those swap kits anymore though its been too long

i would take the engine deal
what year is the engine

might as well just swap the motor
you still need the fuel rail
i have one that can probably work

then you just have a little extending and splicing of wires to do
