P0174 Code


So my car service engine soon light is on.......its spitting out P0174 ,the car is running lean....so what does that mean...what to do to fix the problem?!?!?!

lean code is probably your MAF, just clean it with some dielectric cleaner you can get it at autozone. If that doesnt fix it get on a big diog. machine and check your injector duty cycles

also remember on a FORD bank 2 is the drivers side

you could have a vacuum leak
i would clean your MAF first
then IAC
if its still lean
i would run a vacuum test
you should be within 18-22inhg

nah an 02 sensor would throw a heater code as well its more than likly the MAF
