whats a good chip?

Now that I have some support from vendors and people on here, I like it alot. It does everything SCT does, if I'm not mistaken. Now that I have some money, I'll be picking up a wideband to take the tuning even further. Which ever one you choose, pick up a wideband with it. BTW, where you at in MI? I'm originally from Owosso.

Oh yeah... SCT is more common and widely used.

i live in lansing, and i work in owosso sumtimes, im from detroit, but now i live in the outskirts of lansing, a small town, tiny but yea

wideband will read your air/fuel ratio which inturn will help you tune the car better as long as you know what your doing. Even if you do not, a good tuner will know what to do with the numbers.
As for HP gain, doubt it, but felt one hell of a difference once it was tuned.

i HIGHLY recommend SCT
scat btw is a connecting rod...very good one also

anyway i highly recommend SCT over diaBLO and sniper

and well from what i've seen and heard from sniper users (not just guys on this forum btw so relax for future post) they werent to happy.

theres a great SCT vendor on here Trick Tuners
Joe gives out GREAT tunes from what i've heardso i'd recommend him

crazylegs tuner sux...
sniper....welll yea..lol
vmp is a good one

+1 for trick tuners ... they tuned my car... I just need to figure out how to get my desktop outside so i can run some live data and send it in...

theres really nothing wrong with sniper IMO. its a good tuner for a bolt on car, but once u start getting into FI and other things that need fine tuning, it can get a little difficult with just sniper special forces software, unless u have a dyno shop near u with the sniper product. but other than that, its just not widespread yet, it does the same thing as sct and all, just in a different form.
