Question about springs

Alright im getting Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs and wheel spacers(dont matter but i wanted to include it) People told me to get cc plates but a website with a combo of the SAME springs with aftermarket shocks and struts says i dont need cc plates. What would happen if i didnt get cc plates? My alignment be off and would that be the only thing? it lowers 1.5" btw.

Alignment off, the tires will lose tread MUCH faster than should and than you want. Buying CC plates will pay for itself when you dont have to constantly replace tires.

your alignment could be fine or it could be off. some people drop there cars 1.5" with the Eibachs and have alignment issues and others don't. i went ahead and got some 4 bolt Maximum Motorsports cc plates and a Steeda bumpsteer kit. i figured "why tempt fate?"...

Would it hurt if i got them on without cc plates and got the cc plates my next paycheck?

Also, be sure you wont have any rubbing issues with your pipes on the ground. Im dropping my car 2" all the way around and my pipes will be less than an inch off the ground, so I'm going to have to shop some of the pipe coming from the headers and play around with it alittle.

it would depend on how far off the alignment is. if you lower the car and get it aligned and it's pretty close, you should be fine until you can get the cc plates as long as its within a reasonable amount of time...

I wouldn't recommend it. Do it once and do it right. Buy the springs, wait till pay check, buy the CC plates, and put them on at the same time. Make a day of it if you have to, but as the old saying goes, better safe than sorry.

Dude, I COMPLETLY understand, haha. But youll be even more impatient when your tires wear down and you blow one and dont have any money to buy more tires just cause you didnt wanna wait a week or 2 for your CC plates.

it depends on how far off the alignment is, how much you plan on driving the car, etc...

It might not go down THAT quick, but its a 50/50 game. It might, or it might not. If nothing goes wrong, you lucky, but if something does go wrong, then what?

seriously wait...if u dont ur tires will start a wear pattern and then once u get it realigned when putting on the cc plates, the tires will do another wear pattern and that can serious shred tread off...i've been there and done that....just wait and do it all together

you might be able to get by with camber bolts, just really depends on how far it is out.
