also maybe a nail sticking out? or a flat spot on the tire...mine was like that..if you braked really hard the tire will rub on one side of the street if the tires come to a stop while the car is moving...made it bumpy as fuck..but like 24/7 with me but idk dude...maybe you tighten the wheel in a circular pattern instead of across....

Anyway, there is a VERY good chance you have mud caked up on the INSIDE of the wheel... maybe not a ton, but enough to cause an issue like that.... Clean the entire car, then jack up that wheel and remove it... clean behind it and everywhere on the suspension, then reinstall... Life will be good
