Most aftermarket companies don't differentiate between the two. Why would he overbalance? You can overDAMP, but that is a result of the relationship between the springs and dampers, mostly... and in this case, they will be matched, so that won't be a problem.

Here's Koni... it's listed as 94-04 (All Models)... no differentiation between V8's and V6's: http://www.koni-na.com/cat_search.cf...&submit=Search For Bilstein, I already linked it in my last post... they make no differentiation, either. As far as Steeda goes, they don't make dampers. And what does "overbalance" mean? Both are very vague.

also, for finally tuned suspensions, like steeda, i can see it being possible that the smallest weight differences, 2 more pistons, could affect the suspension in minute ways...

If your car is overdamped, you won't end up PAST the "relaxed state" after 1 oscillation, you won't even REACH 1 oscillation.
