camshaft positioning sensor
hey everyone i have a problem a with my camshaft positioning sensor i took it to auto zone last night because i started hearing a kind or grinding or well like a belt that is loose but its not its like something is grinding when i reach high rpms? what do i do? need help... ( sounds bad but when i let off the gas it stops..)

could be a broad spectrum of things.. a video would help alot, check all your pullies, i would be looking at the tensioner..

im not sure i think its the waterpump my teacher at yv tech got a stethoscope and i had to rev the engine each time till he got to (his soultion) wich was the water pump was out...so im thinking in buying a new one for 60 at auto zone and maybe the cps senor($40) so it would be 108 total? how acurat are the stethoscope's?
