pop your hood, start your car, and start pulling wires off the coil. If you get to one that when you pull it off it doesnt change the way your car runs, then you got two switched. I wouldnt do the whole, pull em off and measure them cause 3 of mine were the same length. Look at your coil, it should be numbered.

Just wanted to say that the OBD II system isn't too good at detecting misfire. We had a problem with misfire at high speeds under load and there were no codes. The problem was deposits on the plugs that were bridging the electrode on one plug. I don't think it was shorting the plug just distorting the flame front and the system can't detect that.

I would think that plug wires interchanged should generate a code and he replaced them one at a time which makes that unlikely. I would pull the plugs and look at them.

check the passenger side cylinder closet to the firewall, cant remember what cylinder that is 6 maybe, i had that problem before...due to the space i cracked the spark plug and didnt realize it.. make sure all cables are going tot he correct cylinder....if im not mistaking its Driver Front:1 Passenger Front:2 Driver Middle:3 Passenger Middle:4 Driver Firewall:5 Passenger Firewall:6. I believe thats the correct clyinder order..make sure the wires coming from the coil goes to the correct clyinders..but ya, check that 6th cylinder to make sure your plug isnt cracked due to space.
