My friend has a 5- speed 2000 v6 with shorty headers, cai, and str8 pipes with flows. He is begging me to race. what do yall think i should do?

ChrisJ MuchCoolerThanGTsetGO 2002 Mustang GT SLOW Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Shepherdsville, Kentucky Posts: 16,252	Have your stock heads ported and polished...Get a set of cams for them and you will be better off then going with the PI Swap...Long tube headers, nice mid-pipe, nice catback...4.10 Gears and you are good to go...You should see around 290 rwhp or more with that combo...Then do the rest of the bolt-ons and you will be at 300rwhp I would say... __________________ My Junk www.myspace.com/cjobe

not true about the manual...a auto can be much faster than a manual...all you got to do is put a shift kit and tune it and it will be more consistant....and in a manual you have more of a margin for error
