need help with brake lights and shifting
So i went out to start my 2001 v6 mustang, it started as planed but would not shift out of park. So i turned it off put it into N and then put it in drive. After that i notice my brake lights are not working but the rest of the rear end lights are working. They just do not get brighter when i hit the brakes. And if i put it in park while its on i have to turn it off and do the entire thing over again. If i take out the brake fuse it will let me shift but still not brake lights.
Please help? |

check bulbs because those bulbs run 2 lights on 1 bulb, running light, and brake light. but chances of both going out at the same time...probably fuse or electrical somewhere. when did this start happening? was you fooling around with anything before it started?
