Dyno'd the new setup today :)


. . . 328rwhp / 419torque @ 4000 RPMS pegged the maf for some reason and its only the break in period Once engines broken in and then its time for a retune and up the boost till it hits 500+rwhp

Last time i saw the car it looked like this about 2 months ago or so,



No picture of the dyno sheet yet. but heres a picture of the engine bay.



Turbo


Mods:

TMA Street/Strip turbo kit
Turbo headers: 1 5/8" primaries dual 2.5" collector merged into a T4 inlet
Exhaust dump: 3" exhaust dump pipe split into dual 2.5" mufflers
Intercooler: 3" intercooler pipes with 31x12x4" intercooler
Turbo: Pt61 turbo T4 P trim .81 turbine a/r with .70 a/r compressor 4" air filter inlet 2.5" outlet, Tial 38mm waste gate ,Tial 50 mm Bov.

RPM-Mustangs 4.2 Forged Motor
Crankshaft Steel 4.2 Stroke 3.740" Block .20 Bore 3.830" Thermal cleaned, decked, bored/honed with torque plate, balance ARP Head Studs. Mainline honed, Ford Girdle. Rods Scat 4340 Forged 6.125" H-Beam with ARP 7/16" 8740 Cap Screw Balancer Zero'd Factory Balancer Flywheel New Zero balance flex plate Pistons Ross Forged Dished Pistons 8:7:1 compression Chrome Moly pins, Spiralox Piston Rings Total Seal Gapless Rod/Main Bearings Clevite77 standard Cam Reground 214* .567" Intake / 216* .567" Exhaust 112 LCA, 108 IC Lifters New Ford Hydraulic Roller Rocker Arms Harland Sharp 1.73 Billet Aluminum roller rockers Pushrods Comp Cams Hardened 5/16" Pushrods 7.195" Cylinder Heads RPM CNC Street 2 Heads with New Valve Guides and new seals. Springs rated at 130# seat, .580" Lift Capable, stock .86"/1.46" valves with valve job. Ported Upper intake ported lower intake with a matching ported throttle body (From CRT Performance) all new accessories for the motor. Resurfaced and assembled.

BC Automotive Transmission
transmission has solid sealing rings on the output shaft for the direct clutch, a custom modified direct clutch assembly that gets 8 friction plates in place without having to use the extra thin steels, a hardened gear set, a hardened sun gear and sun shell, a hardened intermediate stub shaft, a custom 6 plate forward clutch assembly that is modified for quicker clutch exhaust, a spiral lock kit to hold the intermediate one way clutch securely, an improved 4 plate intermediate clutch, proprietary modifications to the pump, proprietary custom modifications to the valve body to make the transmission shift per needs, a higher pressure EPC solenoid.

Rear End
Rebuild Ford Mustang GT 8.8 Rear with Motive 3.55 Gears, Moser 31 Spline Axle, and Moser 31 Spline axle differential.

Fuel System
Cobra fuel tank, Dual FPDM, Fore Precision Works dual pump billet top hat, Dual GT40 Super car fuel pumps, and 60# Fuel injectors.

Random Parts
Aluminum Drive Shaft, Drive shaft safety loop, Turbo X’s Boost Controller, Auto Meter Boost Gauge, Cervini’s 1995 Style Cobra R Hood, Roush Stage 3 Body Kit w. Wing, Complete Infinity Audio system, X Cal 3.

right on bud i'm impressed. kinda curious why they went with a 214/216 cam though.

After talking with the guy that spec'd out the motor thats what he reccomend to use for a DD.
