75-100 shot. Tune would be a great idea if you are looking for regular use.

Would a 35 shot system be good? I understand 35<75 but using it daily/regularly would there be any damage to anything in the car?

why would you leave the system armed at all times? just use it when racing and be able to use a bigger shot and not have to fill the bottle every 2 days

i already went through 1 motor on the 100 shot but i was still on the stock fuel system. 75 is safe and 100 is pushing it but i can be done. mine went almost a year before tearing up a piston and rings. so get a nice fuel pump[ or injectors depending if you go wet or dry and a good tune.

itll take a 100 shot no problem if you get a good tune. Untuned I wouldnt go over a 50, and having it armed and used daily wouldnt be the best idea thats a lot of stress on the nitrous system. And as for a 35 shot you will barely feel it. Ive seen well tuned v6's run a 150 no problem and send pounds and pounds of nitrous through the engine, but a 150 is pushing the engine to its limits

So what ur saying is the WOT systems are not the greatest? I am looking for a system which i can have whenever i decide to use it and that type seemed to be perfect. A friend of mine got it for his car and likes the way it works so thats another reason y i was lookin into it.

no WOT paired with a window switch is great, but driving around all the time with your bottle on ill wear out your solenoids fast. You need to get a remote bottle opener if you want to be able to turn the bottle on anytime

just make sure you get a complete system and at least a bottle heater to keep bottle pressure up. then i would recommend a purge kit. plus they are fun to talk shit with.

150 is way to much for a stock 3.8 engine. trust me, ive been spraying nitrous on mine for a few years now. 100 is the most i would ever go without building the motor. the car does have to have a kick ass tune to be able to handle more than a 50 shot and upgrading the fuel system is a must

i like to use ZEX because of the "smart box" technology they use. do some research and see which ones you like. i think its the safest system.

With a wet kit the fuel system is fine, he wont come close to maxing his pump with a 100 shot nor will he be in danger territory for his injector duty cycle. And the 3.8 is a stout engine as long as engine timing is pulled, the A/F is dialed in and it is jetted a little fat it could take a 150 with supporting upgrades like a rearend. But if he is keeping it a DD a 100 shot is about as high as I would go.

Zex is good but over priced. Dynotune is the best on the market all flow tests show their jets and foggers are the best as well as their controllers are
amazing and simple to use

Holley sniper systems are a good first kit. They are adjustable from 35-50-75 hp. Super cheap too, 385 bucks. Its just a basic kit though, nothing fancy. I love it.

I was lookin at ZEX because of the features and Dynotune because of the price. But with each of these systems i do not know what else i would need to buy in addition to the kit. Some systems say about needing extra accessories.

With my sniper system, i didnt need anything else. It came with literally everything. I think thats how all holley systems are. They give you cheesy switches though that i didnt use. The only aditions i could think of are a window switch, which you dont NEED but its good to have. A nitrous pressure guage, which you dont NEED but its good to have. Or an air/fuel guage to make sure your not leaning your shit out.
