something's wrong with my car

So today i was trying to Fire up my 1972 Impala Custom that has been sitting in my Garage for 6 Months without moving it or starting it, Well naturally the Battery is Dead and i need to move the car soon so i take the Battery outta my Mustang (since it has enough cold crank) to try and fire up my Impala, It did, so ok i move my Impala to my Drive way and throw in my Torqueless Wonder (350Z) and SI (Honda) into the garage for now and throw the battery back into my Mustang, So now for the part, i fire up my Mustang and it Idles then Damn near conks out it litteraly drops to maybe 300-500rpm's then back up to normal idle, So i figure my Impala sucked some juice from my Battery so i take my Stang for about a 5 minute drive around the Block to get the Charge back up and so i Return shut it off Fire it back up and it did it again, shut it off and on again and sure enough it Continues anyone have any Idea's on wuts wrong? it didnt do this before i removed the Battery.....

just take the battery out and put it back in. maybe a shitty connection. or... your computer is just relearning your driving habits. should go away in a couple days.

Are there any check engine lights coming on or anything to suggest something may be wrong.

When you disconnect the battery you reset the computer to default settings. It may take a little while to readjust the settings.

If the vehicle is going to sit for longer than a month, you should disconnect the negative post or install a cut off switch. This will prevent the vehicle from drawing any current. Of course when you reconnect, you will have to reset the clock, radio presets, radio code if applicable, the vehicle will run like crap till the computer "relearns" your driving habits.

i did that and drove it around for 30 minutes and still did the same thing once i parked it and shut it off and fired it back up, so my outcome was to take it to the dealer since its still under warranty lets see wut they find.

disconnect the entire battery and let it sit for about thirty minutes. Put the terminals back on and if the radio does not reset its channels then something in the computer is not re-seting.
