But anyways check out some stuff on ebay. i wouldnt recomend buying a turbo off ebay but you have to search for good turbos. only go with brand names on ebay. you can part out your turbo stuff on ebay for really cheap. search around youll find some stuff. good luck.

well if i get a gt vu id cost the same to put that in as it would be to put in a turbo or s/c. and with those i can kill a gt. and im not gonna be making a monster out of the car. this is the last mod so if i buy the slower v8 i wont mod it anyway.

Alright. Turbos aren't a pain to install or anything. Ok well with anything engine it can be a pain, but poweradder wise most people say it takes about 8 hours with common hand held tools. Get a buddy to help, find out exactly what you should do first, get the right stuff, and have a blast. I don't ever find workin on my car as a pain. Also almost nothing goes right the first time in it. It's tuning that is a pain. If your gonna go with a turbo setup I don't care how many pounds your running be smart and get a turbo timer, and boost controller. It's just smart and safer for your engine.

dude... most def look at some used blocks and rebuild a 4.6 or a 5.0 out of a wrecked stang... if your really want a v8... that also gives you a chance to build up the engine on your own...

or look at a procharger...

uhhh mustangs FTW

im out!

definetly i dont find working on cars to be a pain. unless you put something together than realized you messed up. or you cant get a bolt off or reach it. thats a pain. but is fun working on cars even if you spent about 28 hours under it changing a damn clutch lol. it took me a long ass time but got it done. it was fun though. and got to spend some time with my dad that i usually dont get to

if your gonna keep your car on stock internals, i'd say an 11psi procharger
or a 9psi procharger is what you want
OR!
a little bit cheaper and better solution..kinda
stage 2 power pak...stage3 is more for FI
long tubes
full exhaust
SCT XCAL2
UD pulleys
TB
GEARS
and t-lok
that would be like 300hp set up, very safe, with a tune
NICE set up, very fast, smoke a GT
and if you wana take down some cobras a lil 75shot of nitrous will hit it off NICE

thats wat i wanted to do originally...but i realized...
i'll never be happy if i dont get what i really want

and i really want a turbo

Re: no v8 swap :( !!!!!! turbo is an option, help me out

This may sound dumb but have you ever thought about trading your car in, plus some cash for a GT instead of the V8 swap?
