you dont need a tune until you have a couple mods. I need to get one soon with the mods starting to build up.

how much hp does my car have to the wheels? Meinekie wont install that set up for me since it doesnt have a catalic converter on it cause of some C.A.R.B. thing so idk if i can even find n e 1 to put it on

i dont even think i have emissions test cuz ive never taken it to be done if i do but a while ago i went to meineke and asked them about putting on my exhaust and they said it was illegal without a catalic converter and said they wouldnt do it so i cant get this set up unless i can find sum1 else who would put it on for me long tubes:

a lot of state emissions are just look to see if they have cats, but if meineke won't put that on kick them in the head and go to a muffler shop. That setup is fine it is a cat back exhaust.
