Your state requires cats to pass emissions. If you don't care if you pass or not tralier the car in and tell them it is a race vehicle and the take the cats off.

i dont even think i have emissions test cuz ive never taken it to be done if i do but a while ago i went to meineke and asked them about putting on my exhaust and they said it was illegal without a catalic converter and said they wouldnt do it so i cant get this set up unless i can find sum1 else who would put it on for me long tubes:

a lot of state emissions are just look to see if they have cats, but if meineke won't put that on kick them in the head and go to a muffler shop. That setup is fine it is a cat back exhaust.
