Seafoam?

Hey, my girlfriend is always on JEEPforum.com and everyone on there is in love with Seafoam. I was about to go buy some to see for myself, but I wanted to see what everyone here thinks of it first. I'll be back to check this thread later. I'm going to go try to replace the ignition lock cylinder in her '92 Cherokee while it's stuck in the lock position and the key will not go in.

Good stuff, but its bad if you use it a lot. I would use it every 20,000-25,000 miles

here's a quick run through I posted a while ago

1/3 of the can in your gas
1/3 in your crank case
1/3 in a vacuum line that feeds all cylinders

suck seafoam in SLOWLY with the vacuum, I used a straw and cup, when finished, kill the engine, wait 5-10 minutes, then start the engine again, rev it up a little here and there.

drive 300 or so miles then change your oil, gets rid of sludge buildup

I also replaced my fuel filter after a while too, since the filter catches all the crap in the lines that the seafoam cleans

and enjoy the smoke show

unlike the 4.0, which don't have a line that feeds all cylinders, the mustangs do.

See if you can't find a line like that, that leads right behind the throttle body. that will be your best bet, I use the bottom hose.
