Pacesetter V6 Adapter Kit

I'm interested in buying a pacesetter dual adapter kit, but the problem is pacesetter advertises it for 96-98 and i have an 03. I know both have the 3.8, and i also know there are differences between the 3.8s from 96-98 and 99-03 (and the 3.9 in 04). anyway, does anyone know FOR A FACT that the 96-98 will fit the 03? i really cant afford to try something and have it not work. i would prefer to hear form someone who has tried it, but any opinion matters to me. thanks

I'm guessing you mean a dual exhaust adapter, to change your y-pipe to an h or x pipe...

don't bother ordering one, just have a shop custom fab your setup... much cheaper and more popular option you'll hear from us...

but yes, it should fit fine, I believe the only difference from 94-98 to 99-04 was a different intake

ya ive heard about getting a shop to make me an h-pipe, but my answer to that is in old people country, nc, no such place exists. all i got is a place that will install exhaust, if you provide them with the supplies.

those adapter kits just allow you to bolt up a GT exhaust

well they are the same block, but im not sure how the headers come off and come together with the rest of the exhaust on the different years or if it is different at all. i bet there is some sort of small difference tho

the exhaust is set up a little different from 96-98 to 99-04, so for anyone considering this a 96-98 v6 dual exhaust adpater kit will not fit a 99-04 v6.
