new symptom

So I got rushed out of town last week. My car sat in the garage the entire time. I started it up this morning and it sounded and acted ok for the most part. However, Im getting a strange vibration at an odd time.

When I pull up to a stop light, I hear a rattling similar to what could be described as the exhaust. Kind of like the sound when a hanger weld breaks or something and the pipes vibrate. But it only happens with my foot on the brake and the engine is in drive. If I put the car in neutral when its stopped(leaving my foot on the brake), the vibration/rattling disappears. It makes no others sounds or vibrations at any other speed or time. Only when Im stopped in drive with my foot on the brake. It does sound and feel just like the exhaust. I checked the exhaust though and it seems real tight to the underside of the car.

Any iders?
